At Spetz Performance our goal is to empower athletes of all levels to unlock their full potential through personalized, science-backed training programs. Our Professional coaching staff and supportive environment is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, resilience, and determination through innovative solutions that enhance physical performance, prevent injuries, and promote long-term athletic development on and off your respective playing surface.
Our Story:
Charlie Spetz founded Spetz Performance in 2023 after retiring from professional hockey in the ECHL/AHL.
After taking a Hockey Director Position at Skylands Ice World, Charlie saw the potential and need for proper On and Off Ice Training in the area. Growing up training at this facility, Charlie wishes he had the amenities when he was climbing the ranks of Youth, Junior, College, and Professional hockey.
Since starting Spetz Performance, Charlie has built a team composed of former/ current Collegiate/ Professional Hockey Players. In addition to adding more fire power to our team, we have also remodeled our weight room and installed a full synthetic ice shooting area to give us a state of the art training facility.
We provide all of our training out of Skylands Ice World and offer online Strength Programs Virtually.
