Charlie Spetz founded Spetz Performance in 2023 after retiring from professional hockey both in the ECHL.

After taking a Hockey Director Position at Skylands Ice World, Charlie saw the potential and need for proper on and off ice training in the area. Growing up training at this facility, Charlie wishes he had the amenities when he was climbing the ranks of youth,  junior, college and professional hockey.
